With extensive experience aiding individuals in their recovery from injuries or surgery, I believe in the controlled practices of Yoga and Pilates as potent tools for healing and strengthening the body. My mission is to guide others on their journey to wellness, using these disciplines to foster not just physical recovery, but also mental and emotional well-being.
